The Policies, Procedures, and Planning (P3) Subcommittee is composed of five K-12 and five Higher Education members of the Education Council. The P3 Subcommittee is charged with recommending priorities for access to the network, scheduling procedures, programming policies, and planning for unmet programming needs. P3 is joined by three non-voting liaisons from DAS and NET.
